Your registration includes access to the full weekend of anniversary events:
Children’s registration includes all events, including childcare at the Gala Dinner. Childcare will be available at the Villa Piccolomini during the dinner; please indicate your childcare needs when purchasing tickets or reach out to Reagan Ward directly. Childcare will not be available during tours or excursions.
When purchasing your tickets, lease be sure to use the Discount Code section and select how many in your party are children. This will ensure you receive the correct pricing for your child’s ticket.
Our tours are led by accomplished scholars and experts, faculty in the field of Classical Studies, who bring the ancient city to life with insight, rigor, and passion. You can expect both intellectual stimulation and opportunities for discovery, with something engaging for every member of the family.
No — you can purchase your tickets without making your Saturday and Sunday tour selections right away. Please note, however, that tours are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and we do anticipate that many will book up quickly.
You may make changes to your itinerary at any time using the link in your confirmation email. Final selections must be submitted by April 2, 2026.
When purchasing tickets, please be sure to select only ONE Saturday morning tour and ONE Sunday morning tour. Selecting more than one option in the same time slot may cause confusion and could result in removal from one of your preferred tours without notification.
This year’s Gala Dinner will be held at Villa Piccolomini, one of Rome’s most extraordinary venues, with breathtaking views over St. Peter’s Basilica. Guests will enjoy fine food, wine, and music under the stars, while reconnecting with fellow Centristi in a truly unforgettable setting.
Yes, childcare will be available onsite during the Gala Dinner at the Villa Piccolomini. Please request childcare at the time of ticket purchase or contact Reagan Ward. Childcare will not be provided during tours or excursions.
No, we do not have special pricing or reserved hotel blocks for this event. Since the pandemic, it has become difficult to maintain these kinds of agreements with hotels. However, we encourage you to visit the Hotel Information section on our website for a list of recommended accommodations close to the Centro.
Refunds (minus a processing fee) will be issued if requested in writing before April 2, 2026. No refunds will be given after that date.
Transportation will not be provided for Saturday tours or events. On Sunday, charter buses will be available for the group excursion.
The Gala Dinner at Villa Piccolomini is not walkable from the Centro or most hotels. We recommend taking a taxi to the venue. To make your return as smooth as possible, a representative from the taxi company will be onsite at the end of the evening to help arrange rides back to your hotel.
