The Stephen L. Dyson Memorial Scholarship honors Professor Dyson’s extraordinary legacy as a teacher, scholar, and mentor and his lifelong commitment to generations of Classics students.

Thanks to the generosity of his former student Larry Davis (Fall 1975), every gift to the scholarship will be matched dollar for dollar, up to $50,000.

You can read some of Larry’s memories of Steve here.

Together, these gifts will help future Centristi experience the transformative semester in Rome that Steve valued so deeply.
