The Centro Society is a group of Centristi and friends who have included ICCS in their wills.  Estate gifts are vital to ensuring the future of the Centro, and we are most grateful to those members listed above who have indicated that ICCS is included in their wills.

Sample Bequest Language

  • Unrestricted Gift: A gift that can be used where the need is greatest
    I give to the Intercollegiate Center for Classical Studies, a non-profit 501(c)(3) Corporation, headquartered in Nashville, TN the sum of $_______ for its general purposes.
  • Gift for a Specific Purpose: A gift that is to be used for a specific purpose
    I give to the Intercollegiate Center for Classical Studies, a non-profit 501(c)(3) Corporation, headquartered in Nashville, TN the sum of $_______ to be used for     [choose one or more: scholarships, field trips, faculty salaries] 
  • Perpetual Endowment Fund: A gift that lasts in perpetuity
    I give to the Intercollegiate Center for Classical Studies, a non-profit 501(c)(3) Corporation, headquartered in Nashville, TN the sum of $_______, to be used as a permanent endowment, the income only from which shall be used for its general purposes (or describe the specific purpose, if desired, such as scholarships, field trips, or faculty salaries).
